    <content type="html">&lt;center&gt;This is me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;img src="http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d107/bethybeth/DSCN4570c.jpg"&gt;&lt;/center&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Welcome to my exercise journal. I am going to attempt to follow the Couch to 5k running plan. I've been wanting to lose weight for a long time now, and I'm hoping that this will finally do the trick. Plus it would be nice to be able to run for more than 30 seconds without feeling like I'm going to die.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm going to make another post after this one with my stats, but it's going to be friends-only because it's a little too embarrassing to post publicly. If I do end up losing weight, I will do weigh-ins that will also be friends only. Comment here to be added!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully I will start week one tomorrow morning. I'll just have to get myself up nice and early!</content>
