I am going to attempt to follow the Couch to 5k running plan. I&apos;ve been wanting to lose weight for a long time now, and I&apos;m hoping that this will finally do the trick. Plus it would be nice to be able to run for more than 30 seconds without feeling like I&apos;m going to die.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m going to make another post after this one with my stats, but it&apos;s going to be friends-only because it&apos;s a little too embarrassing to post publicly. If I do end up losing weight, I will do weigh-ins that will also be friends only. Comment here to be added!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hopefully I will start week one tomorrow morning. I&apos;ll just have to get myself up nice and early!</description>
